Local Guardian should accompany the candidate at the time of her admission to the Hostel mandatorily. Local guardian must be endorsed by the parent/guardian of the candidate. |

|
Boarders need to bring necessary bedding provisions like Mattress (3 ft x 6 ft), Bed linen etc. along with themselves. |

|
Documents required at the time of admission to the Girls' Hostel: |

|
1) Covid vaccination certificate - 2 photocopies |
|||
|
2) Copy of the Online Application form submitted for Hostel admission |
|||
|
3) Copy of Payment Receipt of the Hostel Admission Fee |
|||
|
4) Copy of Payment Receipt of the College Admission Fee |
|||
|
5) Declaration from Parents/Guardian for Hostel Admission in the prescribed format |
|||
|
6) Aadhar card/ Voter card of the candidate - original + 2 photocopies |
|||
|
7) Passport size Photographs of the candidate- 2 copies |
|||
|
8) Aadhar card/voter card of the Parent who signed the Declaration form - original + 2 photocopies |
|||
|
9) Aadhar/ Voter card of the Local Guardian - original + 2 photocopies |
|||
|
10) One Passport sized photograph of the Local Guardian |
|||
|
11) Document of the present address of the Local Guardian (if present address is different from the address mentioned in the Aadhar / Voter card) |

|
12) One Application by the candidate in plain paper mentioning Name, Present Address, WhatsApp No. of her Local Guardian endorsed by the Parent/Guardian of the candidate. |
